Good Friday
that Friday when total darkness
covered the land for three hours,
that agonizing cry "God, why did you abandon
me?" reverberated through the crowd l
was looking at a man with a crown of thorns
on the middle cross
causing the temple curtain to tear
that dark Friday became a Good Friday
for all of us (Mark 15:34-38).
